Annual General Meeting (AGM) – Notice & Agenda
All resident owners are cordially invited to attend the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Wellington Heights II. The session will address the audited financials for FY 2025-26, election of incoming committee members, and approval of capital improvement budgets.
New Parking Guidelines & Vehicle Sticker Mandate
To optimize basement slot allocation and prevent unauthorized parking, the society is issuing new RFID vehicle stickers. Vehicles parked in visitor bays or unmarked areas without designated stickers will be clamped starting 15th October 2026.
Fitness Center Timings & Trainer Schedule Updated
The gymnasium and steam facilities have been upgraded with new cardio stations. Adjusted operational timings are in effect to accommodate morning runners and post-work evening gym-goers.

The official Wellington Heights II resident app is now live! Residents can generate instant guest visitor QR passes, log maintenance helpdesk tickets, and pay monthly maintenance dues directly from mobile devices.
Overhead Water Tank Sanitization Schedule
Bi-annual high-pressure jet cleaning and ultraviolet sanitization of all overhead and underground water reservoirs will take place across Towers A through D.
